Are you a seasoned Payroll Leader with expert-level Preceda skills? We are looking for a Temporary Payroll Manager to step in immediately and lead a team within a Financial Services organisation, based in the Sydney CBD.

This is a critical leadership position focused on ensuring the seamless delivery of business-as-usual (BAU) payroll. You will be heading up a dedicated team of payroll professionals who will look to you for technical guidance, mentorship, and operational support.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, providing hands-on assistance and clear direction.

• Advanced, confident user of Preceda.

• Ability to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of both fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles.

• Acting as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related queries and complex legislative interpretations.

• Thorough experience interpreting EBAs.

• A background in Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment is highly regarded.

• Ability to start right away, or within a couple days and commit to a temporary assignment.
